Mason Cellars Now Available in WV!
Mason Cellars has been producing wine in Napa Valley, California, since 1993 with a focused dedication to producing high quality product for any occasion. Their renowned Three Pears Pinot Grigio, Pomelo Rosé, and 60 North Merlot are all results of Randy and Megan Mason’s long history working deep within the Napa wine industry. Their wines, including their flagship Sauvignon Blanc, were tasted in Wine Collectives for 14 years before being available in their first tasting room. In 2006, ParMountain State Beverage is proud to bring a wholesome bit of California wine history to the tables of West Virginia.

A cooling ocean breeze and morning fog during the warm growing season make Napa Valley an ideal climate for our Sauvignon Blanc. The result is a medium-bodied wine with notes of candied grapefruit, ripe fig and a hint of freshly chopped herbs. Lees aging helps build a creamy mid-mouth all held together by vivacious acidity.

The high elevation of our Mason Vineyard in Lake County’s Kelsey Bench and arc of rich, red volcanic soils, provides a unique growing region for ripe Sauvignon Blanc flavor and body year after year. The Sacramento Delta features complex soils comprised of centuries of mineral run-off from the Sierras. Combined with afternoon winds and moderate temperatures, this climate creates bright Pinot Grigio grapes ideal for our Three Pears blend. With perfumes of fresh cut pear and pippin apple, our Pinot Grigio has ample peach and lush pear flavors, rounded into a honeyed-sweet and crisp finish.
